HOUSE
RENOVATIONS

Make your home a space you truly love to be in.

Choosing to stay in your house and renovate can be for many reasons. A strong emotional connection to the home or area, which can be difficult to reproduce with a brand-new house. Renovating to improve or rejuvenate an old house to preserve unique and desirable features while gaining the benefit of all those features of a modern home. Or, perhaps to increase the value of your home. Whatever your reason for deciding to renovate, we can help.

Our years of experience guarantees your project will be guided through to successful completion, as we’ve come across most of the common issues that can arise with renovation projects. From the varied nature of jobs we have worked on, we have gained a unique skill set and the ability to specialise in major home renovation projects.

We’ll talk through your ideas and discuss what is and isn’t feasible within the restrictions of your house structure, land and budget. If your renovation requires plans being drawn up, we can suggest a short-list of architects and draughtsman best fit for your project for you to choose from. They will then help transform your ideas into working plans. They will also give you options to think about so you can make an informed decision. We find it’s extremely valuable to engage with us early on in your renovation planning to save wasting time and money on plans being drawn up that are potentially not viable once you come to build – as they blow the budget once costed up. We can also help guide you on what’s involved in the Council Consent process, as this can be a timely process.
