YOUR NEW HOUSE PLANS
We have a list of architects you can choose from that will help transform your
ideas onto fully certified plans. We work with the best architects in the industry who always deliver on your vision. They will also give you options to think about so that you can make an informed decision. However, if you have an architect already in mind and prefer to work with them, that’s also fine. We’ll handle all communication with your architect directly and promptly so that they can get started on your plans.
If you decide to make changes to your plans down the line don’t worry, it’s covered through a variation to the contract. We will give you some options to consider and ample time to then decide what will best suit you and your budget.
