DECK RENOVATION – The Grandstand

Here Cain Built was commissioned to create a grand staircase joining the newly installed pool and deck area to the back yard.

The main design feature of the stairs was that the stairs also had to function as a cooking area for the BBQ and a grandstand, due to the fact it overlooked an area of the yard which the family had turned into a soccer pitch (soccer being one of the family’s shared passions).

The Vitex stairs are a hit with the family and are often the spot used for many gatherings with family and friends.
